About LeanLens

LeanLens exists for people who want a simple question answered honestly:

“What should I focus on next?”

Progress photos are powerful… and also easy to misread. One day you look leaner, the next day you look softer, and your brain tries to build a whole story out of lighting and water weight.

LeanLens is meant to be a calm second opinion: a confidence-aware estimate plus practical next steps.

What LeanLens is (and isn’t)

LeanLens is:

  • a fast photo check‑in
  • a range + confidence context (not fake precision)
  • guidance you can apply this week

LeanLens isn’t:

  • a medical tool
  • a replacement for clinical methods (DEXA, etc.)
  • a reason to be harsh on yourself
Health disclaimer

LeanLens outputs are estimates for informational use only and should not be treated as medical diagnosis or treatment advice. For clinical accuracy, use professional methods such as DEXA or consult a healthcare professional.
