15-19% illustration
Some upper-body definition remains visible, while the waist and lower abdomen look softer relaxed.
No photo is uploaded or analyzed here. Both selections use the same reference set. Not every percentage has an illustration; missing ranges are not interpolated.
What the reference labels mean
The ranges are editorial labels attached to synthetic images in the existing LeanLens visual guide. They are not laboratory measurements, calibrated ground truth, or proof that everyone at a given percentage looks alike. Muscle development, fat distribution, posture, clothing and light all change appearance.
Compare features without predicting your body
Choose male or female references, then two available ranges. Look at the waist outline, muscle separation and relaxed appearance. This tool does not transform your photo, infer your body-fat percentage, or show what you will look like after losing weight.

Common questions
Are these real measured before-and-after photos?
No. They are synthetic reference illustrations. They do not document a real person’s body fat or transformation.
Can this show exactly what I would look like at 15% body fat?
No. The reference illustrates broad appearance cues. Your muscle mass, fat distribution and photo conditions can produce a very different appearance.
Why can I only choose certain ranges?
The tool uses the existing illustrated range catalog. It does not generate or interpolate unsupported images for missing percentages.
