Measure the same landmarks with the tape level and without compressing skin. Shoulder circumference goes around the upper body, not straight across it. These changes cannot separate muscle, fat, water or measurement error. No body-fat estimate or ideal-body classification is produced.
A measurement diagram, not a simulated body
The outlined and solid bars use a shared length scale. A circumference wraps around your body; it is not the same as visible width in a photograph. The diagram therefore does not draw a body shape or predict how you look.
Use repeatable measurement landmarks
Keep tape position, tension, stance and time of day similar between sets. Read the same units before comparing. A small change may be measurement variation; a larger change still cannot identify how much muscle or fat changed.
Common questions
Can entered measurements predict my body shape?
No. The same circumferences can describe different shapes, muscle distributions and proportions. This tool shows lengths on a shared scale, not a precise body reconstruction.
Does a smaller waist prove fat loss?
No. Tape position, digestion, posture and other changes can affect the measurement. Repeat under similar conditions and interpret a trend alongside other observations.
